Forrest Avenue partially closed through Oct. 29

GAINESVILLE, Ga. (Oct. 25, 2021) Forrest Avenue between Green and Bradford streets is closed to traffic now through Friday, Oct. 29, to allow for work by the Gainesville Department of Water Resources.

Work completed will be part of the Gainesville Fiscal Year 2020 Stormwater Rehabilitation Program.

Those navigating the area are urged to drive carefully, and watch for construction workers and equipment during this time.
