DWR: Water outage set Monday in South Hall

GAINESVILLE, Ga. (March 5, 2021) – So the Gainesville Department of Water Resources (DWR) can complete water main improvements, water service will be interrupted from approximately 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, March 8, for some customers in the southern Hall County area.

The DWR stated the brief outage will impact customers in the following areas: 6704-6863 Spout Springs Road, Benjamin Drive, Cambridge Drive, Lancaster Crossing, Branch Creek, Birch View Court, Bedlow Bend and the Hall County Sewer Treatment Plant.

Customers are urged to take necessary precautions to prevent damage to any equipment requiring water. Those navigating the area are urged to drive carefully, and watch for construction workers and equipment during this time.
